The heat generated during charging is a normal consequence of the electrical energy being partially converted into heat as the charger's components function. To extend the charger's lifespan, it's recommended to charge in an environment with a temperature range of 0°C to 40°C.
Please note the following:
Before ordering, ensure that the connector of the old charger matches ours. If you receive a damaged item, do not use it for charging. Use the products within one year, and do not charge for more than 12 hours at a time. Charge in a well-ventilated environment and avoid covering the charger.

Due to the limited lifespan of lithium batteries, the charger may not work if the battery is damaged, especially if the battery has not been used for more than 12 months or 2-3 months.

If the green light turns on when the power is connected, but the LED light does not turn red after the battery is connected, the connector may be loose and in poor contact. Reinserting the plug can help maintain good contact.

If there is a green light when plugged into the power supply, and the light goes out after connecting the electric bicycle, it could be due to an internal short circuit in the electric bicycle, triggering the charger's self-protection function. You should check your e-bike battery and consider replacing it.
